Keith's Bio

Keith spun his first records in 1999 at Nation, a former warehouse nightclub in Washington, DC, closely watched by the DJ that was working that night, and it was then his newfound passion was discovered. While working as a light tech and club promoter, he was taught how to mix and match beats on original LP vinyl by Michele Miruski, a local popular DJ at the time.

After a three year stent in Orlando, Florida, Keith moved back to DC, and for a year was mentored by established DJ’s and in 2006 he landed his very first solo gig at Cobalt, a DC nightclub in the popular DuPont Circle area. The club was packed, and at the end of the night, a patron went to the booth to talk about how the music was “great, fresh and new”. This was yet another motivating factor in helping launch his career as a professional DJ.
